RTL English Ltd is the owner of the rtlenglish.com domain, the author and copyright holder of all RTL English educational materials, and the principal contracting party for the licence of use described in these Terms.

Zomat Ltd is an authorised vendor and reseller. Zomat Ltd operates this website, processes payments, ships digital products, handles customer support, and administers the refund policy on behalf of, and with the express permission of, RTL English Ltd. Zomat Ltd acts as an agent of RTL English Ltd for the purposes of consumer-facing transactions on this site.

Three vendors sell RTL English products, depending on the sales channel:

• Zomat Ltd - for direct sales on rtlenglish.com.
• Digistore24 - for sales through any Digistore24 checkout.
• ClickBank - for sales through any ClickBank checkout.

Your contract of sale is with the vendor that processed your order. That vendor is responsible for checkout, payment processing, invoicing, and refund administration. RTL English Ltd is responsible for the licence of use, the integrity of the educational content, and the upkeep of the curriculum. Where these Terms refer to \u201Cwe\u201D or \u201Cus\u201D, that means the vendor that processed your order and RTL English Ltd jointly, except where the context clearly indicates otherwise.

Communications about your purchase may be sent by the vendor using the RTL English brand and from the rtlenglish.com email domain, with the permission of RTL English Ltd. This means emails you receive about your order, the customer centre, the parent guide, or refund requests will appear to come from RTL English (help@rtlenglish.com) even though they are operationally sent by Zomat Ltd. This is a deliberate brand choice: we want you to see one company, and that company is RTL English.

For platform sales through Digistore24 or ClickBank, the platform acts as merchant of record under its own consumer terms, in addition to these licence conditions. For direct sales via this website, Zomat Ltd is the merchant of record. In both cases, RTL English Ltd remains the content provider and copyright holder.

Base product price: $47.00 USD (before VAT/sales tax)

The prices displayed on our website include our estimate of VAT/sales tax at 19%. This is the standard rate for digital products in Germany and serves as our default display rate.

Actual tax rates vary by country. For example:

• Germany: 19% VAT
• Austria: 20% VAT
• Switzerland: 8.1% VAT (lower rate)
• Hungary: 27% VAT (higher rate)
• United States: Varies by state (generally not collected on digital goods)

The platform provider/reseller will display the exact correct price including all applicable taxes at checkout. This price may differ from the estimate shown on our website. You may choose not to proceed with your purchase if the final price differs from your expectation.

All payments are processed by the reseller (e.g., Digistore24) who is responsible for calculating and collecting the correct VAT/sales tax for your jurisdiction.

All products are licensed, not sold.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials within your single household only.

Classroom, tutoring, school, institutional, or commercial use is not permitted without a separate written licence.

The Learning Hub is an optional companion service to your purchased workbooks. It is not part of the product you bought and is not included in the fees you paid.

The Learning Hub is a work in progress. It may be unavailable, may contain errors, may change feature-by-feature without notice, and may be withdrawn in whole or in part at any time at our discretion. We make no warranty as to its availability, completeness, accuracy, or fitness for purpose.

If the Learning Hub is unavailable or withdrawn, your workbook licence is unaffected. You retain the right to download the workbooks you purchased (subject to the download link TTL in the Refund Policy). No refund, partial refund, or credit is issued for any Learning Hub outage, feature change, or withdrawal.

A 30-day refund policy applies to direct sales via Zomat Ltd. The full policy is documented at our Refund Policy page. For Digistore24 and ClickBank orders, refunds are handled by the platform under their own consumer terms.

Refunds are administered by Zomat Ltd under the Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The current Refund Policy is published at https://rtlenglish.com/refund.

If a refund is approved, Zomat Ltd processes the refund to the original payment method within five business days. Your licence to use the digital content terminates on the date the refund is processed. Download access is permanently revoked.

Wrong-level purchases are handled separately under the \u201CWrong-Level Purchase\u201D section of the Refund Policy: we do not refund wrong-level purchases, but we may issue a discount coupon for the correct level at Zomat Ltd\u2019s discretion.

Upon refund, you agree to:

• Permanently delete all digital files
• Destroy all printed copies
• Cease all further use of the materials

Reasonable confirmation of deletion may be requested.

RTL English materials are reviewed before publication but we do not warrant that they are free from error. The workbooks, lessons, audio recordings, and any associated digital content may contain:

• Typographical, factual, or pedagogical errors.
• Cultural references, idioms, or imagery that some families find inappropriate, dated, or unsuitable for their circumstances.

If you encounter an error or content that you find inappropriate, we welcome a polite note to help@rtlenglish.com so we can review it for the next edition. Reporting an error does not entitle you to a refund; corrections are made at our discretion and at the next practical reprint or update.

We do not refund purchases on the basis of typographical error, factual error, pedagogical disagreement, or cultural unsuitability. You assume the risk of these possibilities when you buy.

RTL English operates an affiliate marketing programme. We may pay commissions to third-party affiliates who refer customers to our products.

Some links on third-party websites, social media, or promotional materials may be affiliate links. If you purchase through an affiliate link, the referring party may receive compensation at no additional cost to you.

This does not affect the price you pay or the quality of the product. Affiliate relationships do not influence our educational content or recommendations.

We may promote third-party offers - including offers from RTL English Ltd\u2019s other brands, affiliated curriculum providers, and carefully selected education partners - to people who have bought from us. These offers help us keep our prices affordable; without them, our fees would be higher.

When you give us your email address at checkout, in the Learning Hub, on the refund or wrong-level form, or in any other context, you can choose to opt in to marketing communications. The opt-in checkbox is unchecked by default. If you opt in, we may send you offers from us and from selected third parties. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by contacting help@rtlenglish.com.

Buying from us does not, on its own, subscribe you to marketing. We rely on your active opt-in.

The workbooks are delivered as PDFs designed to be printed at home or at a print shop. Printing is your responsibility.

We are not responsible if:

• You do not have a printer.
• Your printer does not work, runs out of ink, or produces low-quality output.
• Your printer driver is incompatible with our PDF.
• Your print shop refuses to print the workbooks for any reason.

If the PDF arrives corrupted or will not open on a standard device, notify us within 48 hours at help@rtlenglish.com and we will issue a replacement link (see the Refund Policy section 4). Printing failures are fixed by replacement, not refund.

The RTL English workbooks use British English. Spelling (e.g. \u201Ccolour\u201D, \u201Cprogramme\u201D, \u201Corganisation\u201D), vocabulary (e.g. \u201Clift\u201D not \u201Celevator\u201D), and idioms follow British usage. The difference between British and American English is small - mostly spelling - and most American-English speakers can read British English without difficulty.

We do not refund purchases on the basis that the workbooks use British English. If you require American-English materials, please do not buy. The workbooks are not provided in an American-English variant.

If you are unsure, the free Parent Guide and the sample pages on this site are written in the same British English as the paid content. Please review them before purchasing.

For direct contracts formed via this website, these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Zomat Ltd and RTL English Ltd both submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any dispute arising from a direct contract.

For platform purchases (Digistore24 or ClickBank), the platform\u2019s consumer terms apply in addition to these licence conditions, including the platform\u2019s choice of law and jurisdiction provisions.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of the United Kingdom or the European Union.
